"Visited Kary Landry’s State Farm office today, December 30, 2025, and received the absolute best customer service from Lauren Maddox. I was greeted with a friendly smile and a pleasant attitude. I rarely visit the office in person, and usually conduct all personal business over the phone; however, I was off for the holidays so it worked out just fine. Being the longtime customer I am, it was very nice to actually put a name with a face. I had purchased a new vehicle yesterday so it was necessary to visit the office to update my auto insurance coverage. Lauren was a natural at providing quality customer service. She asks the questions and I provided the answers she needed. She introduced and explained an additional service being offered via the State Farm app called “Drive Safe and Save”. I was actually intrigued by the service that would reduce my monthly premium; however, I declined the service for the moment. Lauren also offered getting a life insurance policy with them; she will follow up with me in a couple of months and provide me with more information. While working on my new vehicle’s insurance she provided me with what my new monthly premium would be and explained to me why the quote was so much different than the one I received the first week of December. The logic of it made perfect sense and made me one happy customer! My billing date is mid month and had been added to the first quote. It’s always nice to receive good news about lower than expected insurance premiums coming! I was so excited that I asked for hug because the news literally made my day, especially after just making the new car purchase and hadn’t bought a car in 16 years! Adding a car payment to your life when you haven’t had one in many years is an anticipated adjustment in itself, any reduction in monthly payments is welcomed! I am very thankful for Lauren’s awesome customer service! She printed out and provided me with my new insurance cards, then we wished each other a Happy New Year! "I'm in the middle of an insurance claim with this company. They love sending out calls just before the weekend while you don't have a car to be able to live your life and making you wait over the whole weekend. I will edit this accordingly throughout the process. ETA: Still in the middle of the claim, however, my own car has made it to the shop and I've gotten a rental in the interim. So far, going through their company has actually been a decent experience."

"I stopped by Mr. Landrys office about 10:30 am after having a fender bender. He advised me to make a claim to get my car fixed. He asked if I wanted to use the app or have him call it in for me. I said well if you’re going to offer the service, I’ll have you call it in for me. Mr. Landry promptly filed the claim and had a rental setup for me. My car was dropped off at a collision center and I was in a rental by 12:30 pm. I really appreciate the attentiveness and handling this for me. He made a difficult situation become a pleasant one."
